Refund Policy Overview
Thank you for choosing VIMPA Media Ltd. We take pride in our courses, services, and programs and value your satisfaction.
Please read the following refund policy carefully.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund for the Accelerator program:
- The request must be made within 14 days: Refund requests made after 14 days from the date and time of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
- Course completion criteria: To qualify for a refund, the user must have completed more than 50% of the course or program content.
Private Strategy Sessions:
All payments for private strategy sessions are non-refundable. Clients may reschedule a session provided they notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the forfeiture of the session without a refund. Rescheduled sessions must occur within a specified timeframe. Please contact us directly for cancellations or rescheduling requests due to exceptional circumstances.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us: Send an email to [support(at)aronsogi(dot)com] with the subject line “Refund Request – Order Number.”
- Provide details: In your email, include your name, the email address used for the purchase, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- Course completion status: For the Accelerator program, please indicate your progress in the course by sharing a screenshot that shows whether you have completed more than 50% of the content.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
