  2. Course completion criteria: To qualify for a refund, the user must have completed more than 50% of the course or program content.

  3. Course completion status: Indicate your progress in the course by sharing a screenshot that shows whether you have completed more than 50% of the content.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
